(b) On June 7, 2019, William Ordemann, an employee of Enterprise Products Company (EPCO) and an Executive Vice President of the general partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P., indicated his intent to retire effective as of August 16, 2019. EPCO and Mr. Ordemann are currently working to finalize the terms of his retirement.
